 Do I need to make an appointment?

Yes. We are by appointment for Bridal clients to ensure that we tailor to our guests needs and give them our full attention. We are in and out of the shop during business hours and want to make sure we have our best stylist present to answer any and all questions. We do charge a $25 try-on fee for cleaning purposes or if you decide to go with the dress (which, it’s hard to resist) then that will go towards the total of your gown.

 Do you ever accept walk-ins?

Yes! On Wednesday’s we are walk-in friendly and waive appointment and cleaning fees.

How long do appointments last?

We will block off 2 hours of time for your appointment. If you need to re-visit or more time, we will schedule you an additional appointment that is convenient for you with no additional fees.

How many people can I bring to my bridal appointment?

We prefer to only have 2-5 people join you. We also recommend that everyone in your party be 10+years of age. To be honest, no one likes booger invested gowns, right?

Can we have alcohol to celebrate during appointments?

Due to the vast culture diversity of our clients with varying religious beliefs, we do not allow alcohol. Since guests travel long distance to our shop, we guard against drinking and driving.

Is there a fee to try on dresses?

Yes. For Bridal appointments we have a $25 fee. If you purchase one of our dresses then that deposit will go towards your new dress. On Wednesday’s we waive all fees for “Walk-In Wednesday”.

What if I don’t purchase a bridal dress, do I get my deposit back?

We hope that you will leave with a dress that you love, if not then the $25 fee will go towards cleaning and dress care. At Lucy’s, luxury is key and we want all our dresses to be at that standard because our brides are our first priority.

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final. This final sale policy is consistent with all bridal shops around the country.

What if you don’t have my size?

We have partnered with a local seamstress (Mia is seriously fabulous) that can alter any of our gowns to fit exactly the way you want. We also can order from our designers a different size or style that you are looking for, please allow a couple months for both of these options.
